Study and Meeting Rooms

Study Rooms

The Library has three (3) study rooms that are available on a first come first serve basis, they cannot be reserved. Study rooms are intended for individual study or small group activities and are limited to 2 hours per day. Exceptions may be granted on a case by case basis.

Meeting Rooms

The Library provides meeting room space for library programs and other community members usage dependent upon the Meeting Room Policy. Library sponsored programs have the highest priority followed by government agencies, then groups that are using/sponsoring the use of Library materials or events, and lastly all other groups. Permission to use the meeting rooms does not in any way constitute an endorsement of the group's policies or beliefs by the Library Board or Staff. 

The Meeting Room can accommodate up to 266 people, without tables and chairs. Round tables, rectangular tables, and chairs are available in meeting room storage. Available meeting room equipment includes two podiums, two whiteboards, two digital projectors with screens, Wi-Fi, and kitchen access. Microphones are available upon request, staff assistance is required to use this equipment.

Conference Room

The Conference Room can accommodate up to 12 people. Available meeting room equipment includes one flat screen TV, one whiteboard, WI-FI, and kitchen access.
