The City of Blair is a great place to work with a variety of career opportunities. Our employees have a passion for serving our residents with their skill sets. The roles of our employees range widely from protecting the public, maintaining infrastructure, guiding development, and providing our residents with resources and recreational opportunities, among many others.

Additionally, the City of Blair employs a number of part-time and seasonal jobs each year that are great for both teens and adults.

The mission of the Human Resources Department is to provide effective employment-related services to City departments, employees, and the public. The Human Resources Department provides direct services to our employees and citizens through several areas: Administration, Benefits, Compensation, Employment, HRIS, Labor Relations, and Safety.
