Documents on the City of Blair website are stored in three different systems, depending upon the type of document and the age of the document:
Documents less than two years old which reoccur in multiple versions, such as agendas and minutes, reports, and maps, are stored within the Archive Center section of the website. Get complete instructions on using the Archive Center.
Documents less than two years old which do not reoccur in multiple versions, such as contracts or agreements, and all current forms that are used by residents, water/sewer users, pet owners, and city employees, are stored within the Document Center section of the website. Find complete instructions on using the Document Center.
Search for documents such as Municipal Code, Zoning Ordinance, Minutes, Ordinances, Resolutions, etc.
All permanent documents more than two years old are stored in the City's electronic document management program, Weblink, a component of Laserfiche. All documents in Weblink are searchable by any word in the document, and can be read online or downloaded as a PDF. Check out complete instructions on using Weblink.
