Cemetery Rules and Regulations-Adopted 11/2022

The Cemetery and Parks Department is responsible for the management of the Blair Cemetery, including the sale of grave spaces and providing grave openings. The Cemetery and Parks Department is also responsible for the management of all public parks, park shelters and park facilities. The full-time Department staff oversee part-time employees hired from April through October to assist with the additional responsibilities that arise during warm weather.
