The City of Blair Police Civil
Service Commission contracts with Morrow and Associates, Omaha,
Nebraska to provide the written testing and physical fitness
assessment that meets the minimum eligibility criteria established
by the Commission for employment with the Blair Police Department.
Morrow and Associates regularly tests once every (12) months. After
completion of the annual testing, Morrow and Associates submits a
list of eligible candidates to the Commission. Upon a vacancy within
the Police Department, the Civil Service would authorize
applications be mailed to a designated number of applicants for
return to the Commission for acceptance and possible interview.
